BLOOD: Our Ethnic Identity

1. The 14th and 15th amendments to the U.S. Constitution shall be repealed. Only those of white ancestry shall be citizens of the United States. Only citizens shall vote, hold public office, or serve on juries. All others shall leave or live here only as residents and shall obey all laws. Illegal aliens shall be deported. The national government shall secure our southern borders with Apache helicopters and shoot anyone who trespasses on our land.

2. All so-called civil rights laws, voting rights laws, immigrations laws, or any other laws that have given colored races equality with whites at our expense, that have violated our rights to private property, robbed us of our heritage, and stolen the fruits of our labor, shall be repealed. In particular, the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1968 Civil Rights Act that violate our right to employ and serve whom we choose in business, or to rent or sell our property to whom we choose, shall be repealed. The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, that imposed limits on white immigration and removed limits on non-white immigration, shall be repealed. Illegal aliens shall be deported. The national government shall secure our southern borders with Apache helicopters and shoot anyone who trespasses on our land.

3. The significance of race and gender shall not be demeaned or trivialized by any public institution nor by any persons employed therein. Public institutions shall be prohibited from mandating any training, such as diversity training, unity training, or sensitivity training, that is designed to equalize a person's views on race or gender relations. No public institution shall engage in campaigns against racism, nationalism, separatism, or heterosexuality, nor teach nor advocate against them. All so-called hate-crime laws shall be repealed.

4. Colleges and Universities shall provide separate dormitories for boys and girls. Public institutions shall have control of content on their computers. Public parks and recreational areas shall be racially separate. Blood banks shall be racially separate. The various separate women's auxilliaries shall be restored to the military, and men and women shall train separately and have separate showers and living quarters.

5. Children shall be free from abuse. Children shall be raised in a loving atmosphere and shall be provided a happy childhood free from abuse. Child abusers shall be confined to mental hospitals, suffer corporal punishment, or both. The abhorent practice of abortion shall be outlawed. Same-sex couples shall not be allowed to adopt children. Parents shall not be allowed to adopt children not of their race. Juvenile military-style detention centers shall be prohibited. Children shall not be tried as adults in a court of law.

6. No government shall use high license fees, or any other fees or charges, to render it difficult for the people to organize race-based or gender-based private clubs nor deny any right of any citizen or group of citizens to own and operate such clubs, nor deny to any such clubs the exclusive right to determine membership requirements and other rules of membership.

GOLD: Free-Enterprise Money and Private Competitive Banking:

7. The control of the issue of currency shall be restored to the people. The Federal Reserve Act shall be repealed and the federal central banking system dissolved. Private enterprise shall mine precious metals, have them assayed, and deposit them in banks, according to the demands of the market. Banks shall transfer the assayed metals to the Congress (federal mints) which shall coin gold, silver, nickel, and copper, and determine the face value thereof. The coin shall be returned to the banks. To the mining companies, the banks shall issue gold and/or silver certificates as receipts of deposit, payable to the bearer on demand, to be used as currency. Mining companies, and their many employees, shall spend the currency into circulation for all their needs, just as all private enterprise exchange their goods in the market place.   Banks shall not issue currency in excess of real deposits.   Banks shall redeem the currency with gold and silver coin on demand. To protect the public, States shall limit the amount of deposits a bank can loan or invest. Banks shall have the right to use electronic debit to transfer funds from one account to another and from one bank to another as long as a workable distribution of coin and currency is maintained. The national government shall not own or operate any bank nor engage in loans or investments nor secure the same.

8. The 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution shall be repealed and all income taxes abolished. The national government shall be financed by a national sales tax not to exceed 5¢ on the dollar. Deficit spending shall cease.

9. States shall provide publicly owned hospitals and medical clinics operated without profit for the benefit of the people. No stocks or bonds in publicly owned hospitals shall be issued or sold to private investors. Mal-practice suits and litigation shall be replaced by negative-outcomes insurance.

10. States shall provide health insurance and liability auto insurance at cost for the benefit of the people. No stocks or bonds in publicly owned health insurance or auto insurance companies shall be issued or sold to private investors. Employers shall, by law, provide adequate health insurance for their employees.

Soil: Our Scared Land:

11. The production of consumer goods, the real wealth of the nation, shall be entrusted to private enterprise. The national government shall not subsidize corporations or other private enterprise, nor engage in internal improvements.

12. Speculation in land shall be prohibited. Farmland that has been obtained by speculators and money brokers who do not themselves farm the land, who lease such land to farmers, or who hold such lands unfarmed, shall be confiscated by the State in which such land exists and sold to farmers who will farm the land.

13. There shall be no taxes on land. Except when mortgaged, ownership of land shall be allodial. No debtor shall file lien on land. All lands currently held by foreign interests shall be confiscated and sold to citizens.

14. Public education shall be abolished along with all property taxes that support it. No government shall make any law regarding education nor interfere with home teaching, private schools, or private sports leagues. The U.S. Department of Education shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed.

Independence: The End of Federal Tyranny

15. The federal government shall not criminalize the citizenry. Federal trial courts shall not have jurisdiction over domestic crime that is clearly the jurisdiction of State courts and their elected judges. Laws that federalize crime committed across State lines and which serve to expand the authority of appointed federal judges, shall be repealed.

16. All Gun control laws passed by Congress since 1963 shall be repealed.

17. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. All Federal taxes on alcohol, tobacco, and firearms shall be abolished.

18. The National Guard shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. States shall have the right to maintain militias.

19. The Department of Homeland Security shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. The so-called Patriot Acts shall be repealed.

20. HUD, the food stamp program, and public funding of pregnancies with free medical for siblings, shall be abolished. States shall provide for the handicapped, disabled, the infirm, orphans, and indigent who cannot provide for themselves.

21. The U.S. Department of Labor and OSHA shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. The Wagner Act of 1935, the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, the Taft-Hartley Act of 1947, and all other such laws that violate the rights of the States and deny to both labor and business their genuine freedom of negotiation, shall be repealed.

22. The Food and Drug Administration shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. Cures for disease shall be legal. The medical industry shall become cure-oriented instead of treatment-oriented.

23. The D.E.A. and the Export-Import Bank shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed.

24. The U.S. Department of Energy and the EPA shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. All federal taxes on natural gas and electricity shall be abolished. More nuclear power plants shall be built to provide low-cost electricity for the people and to provide sufficient energy for industry. States shall outlaw industrial pollution.

25. The U.S. Department of Agriculture shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed.

26. The Federal Communications Commission shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed.

Foreign Relations:

27. NAFTA and GATT shall be repealed. Tariffs, born in sectionalism and which are not uniform taxes and which favor one industry over another, shall not be allowed.

28.   The U.S. shall not support, utilize, or recognize any private international banking cartel. The U.S. shall work with other nations to create a non-profit international bank owned by the countries that establish it and which shall operate solely as an exchange, or clearing house, for its member nations.

29. The U.S. shall immediately withdraw all military forces from Iraq and restore to Iraq all the gold, silver, art, and other treasures that were looted from Iraq by the so-called Coalition. Iraq's control of their own national banks shall be restored to them along with their right to issue their own currency. Genuine free elections shall be held without regulation or interference from the U.S.

30. We endorse the efforts of other races to secure national homelands of their own in which they may enjoy all the rights and liberties to which they are entitled. We endorse mutually beneficial trade and development with other nations.
