The Security of Our Race:

1. The 14th and 15th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution shall be repealed. Only those of White ancestry shall be citizens of the United States. All others shall leave or reside here only as guests and shall obey all laws. Only citizens shall have the right to vote, hold public office, own land, or be eligible for public assistance programs. All lands currently owned by foreign interests shall be confiscated and sold to citizens. The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 shall be repealed. Only those of white ancestry shall be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. All illegal aliens shall be expelled from our land. The U.S. government shall secure our southern borders with Apache helicopters and shoot anyone who trespasses on our land.

2. The importance and value of race and gender shall not be demeaned by any public institution nor by any persons employed therein. All training programs by public institutions, such as diversity training, unity training, or sensitivity training, designed to alter a person's views on race and gender relations shall be abolished. No public institution shall engage in campaigns against racism, nationalism, or heterosexuality, nor teach nor advocate against them.   All so-called hate-crime laws shall be repealed.

3.   All so-called civil rights laws, voting rights laws, immigration laws, or any other laws that have given colored races equality with whites at our expense and which have violated our right to our property, shall be repealed. Public schools shall be racially separate. School uniforms and other attempts to create sameness shall be prohibited. Municipal parks and picnic areas shall be racially separate. State and National parks shall provide racially separate picnic and camping areas. The various separate women's auxilliaries shall be restored to the military. Men and women shall train separately and have separate showers and living quarters.

4. Federal financial assistence to the States shall not be construed by the Supreme Court to deny to the States their control over State institutions. Colleges and Universities shall have separate dormitories for boys and girls. Public institutions shall have the right to control of content on their computers.

5. Children shall be free from abuse. Children shall be raised in a loving atmosphere and shall be provided a happy childhood free from abuse. Child abusers shall be confined to mental hospitals, suffer corporal punishment, or both. The abhorent practice of abortion shall be outlawed. Same-sex couples shall not be allowed to adopt children. Parents shall not be allowed to adopt children not of their race. Juvenile military-style detention centers shall be prohibited. Children shall not be tried as adults in a court of law.

6. No city or county government, or any other government, shall use high license fees, or any other fees or charges, to render it difficult for the people to organize private clubs nor deny any right of any citizen or group of citizens to operate private clubs, nor deny to any such clubs the exclusive right to determine membership requirements and other rules of membership.

The End to Finance-Capitalism:

7. The Federal Reserve Act shall be repealed. The banks shall be nationalized and shall operate without profit as a public service for the people.   No stocks or bonds in banks, or in any other public institution, shall be sold to private investors. Congress shall provide a national currency and determine the face value thereof. New currency shall be issued, free of debt and interest, in proportion to the increase in the gross national product and spent into circulation by Congress. So-called deficit spending shall cease.

8. The 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution shall be repealed and all taxes on the incomes of individuals, corporations, and businesses, shall be abolished. The National Government shall be financed by a national sales tax not to exceed 5¢ on the dollar. Food and drugs shall be exempt from the tax.

9. Speculation in land shall be prohibited. Farmland currently owned or held by speculators or money brokers who do not themselves farm the land, who lease such land to farmers, or who hold such lands unfarmed, shall be confiscated by the National Government and sold to farmers who will farm the land.

10. Auto insurance companies shall be nationalized and operated without profit as a public service for the people. Public transit systems shall be provided wherever reasonably justified.

11. Health insurance companies shall be nationalized and operated without profit as a public service for the people. Mal-practice suits and litigation shall be prohibited and replaced with negative-outcomes insurance.

The "Socialism":

12. Hospitals and medical clinics shall be publicly owned and operated without profit as a public service for the people. No hospital or clinic shall sell stocks or bonds to private investors for any reason. Prescription drugs shall be dispensed at hospitals and medical clinics at cost. Drug companies shall be protected in their patents but limited to a reasonable profit. Blood Banks shall be racially separated.

13. The courts shall be returned to the people. Court filing fees and other fees shall be eliminated.   Public defenders and public prosecutors shall be provided in all cases on demand. There shall be no such thing as inadmissible evidence. The truth shall be learned and justice administered on the basis of the truth. Judges shall not give jury instructions of a type designed to manipulate the verdict of the jury. The clear intent of the law shall prevail over the letter of the law whenever applying the letter of the law would clearly create an injustice. Federal trial courts shall be abolished.

14. The Social Security program shall be enhanced and made financially sound. All retirees shall receive a full allotment regardless of the amount of FICA taxes paid. Those retirees who receive incomes from pensions or other sources that exceed the amount of a full allotment, shall receive, on a progressive scale, a reduced allotment, thus reducing the SS budget and FICA taxes.

Liberation and Freedom:

15. All gun control laws passed by Congress after 1963 shall be repealed.   Laws requiring extra penalty for crimes committed using firearms instead of some other type of weapon shall be repealed.

16. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms shall be abolished and all laws pertaining to it repealed. All federal taxes on alcohol, tobacco, and firearms shall be repealed.

17. The U.S. Department of Energy shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. All federal taxes on electricity and natural gas shall be repealed. More nuclear power plants shall be built to generate low-cost electricity for the people and to provide sufficient energy for industry. Excessive safety requirements and permits that unnecessarily increase the cost of constructing and maintaining power plants shall be repealed. Drilling for oil shall be allowed in Alaska and other areas in such a way as to be compatible with the environement.

18. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security shall be abolished and all laws pertaining to it repealed. The so-called Patriot Acts shall be repealed. The Bill of Rights shall be held inviolate.

19. The nation shall no longer pay for the perpetual breeding of millions of poor and low-income people. HUD and the Food Stamp program shall be abolished, along with public funding of pregnancies and free health care for their siblings. Public funds shall continue for those genuinely unable to provide for themselves such as the handicapped, disabled, the infirm, orphans, and indigent who cannot support themselves.

20. The U.S. departments of Agriculture, Labor, Education, the EPA, OSHA, the FDA, and the FCC, shall be abolished and all laws pertaining thereto repealed. NAFTA and GATT shall be repealed and replaced with genuine unregulated free trade. Tariffs, born in sectionalism and which are not uniform taxes and which favor one industry over another, shall not be allowed.

21. H.R. 800, the Employee Free Choice Act, shall become law. Major industry shall have profit-sharing programs for their workers. All business shall provide adequate health insurance for their employees.

Foreign Relations:

22. The U.S. shall immediately withdraw all military forces from Iraq and restore to Iraq all the gold, silver, art, and other treasures that were looted from Iraq by the so-called Coalition. Iraq's control of their own national banks shall be restored to them along with their right to issue their own currency. Genuine free elections shall be held without regulation or interference from the U.S.

23. We endorse and support the efforts of other races in obtaining political and cultural supremacy in their own national homelands and securing therein all the rights and liberties to which they are entitled. We believe in mutually beneficial trade with all nations and in aiding developing countries when such aid is mutually beneficial.
